Balistique 7 guarantees the quality of products with supplier or manufacturer warranty. Guarantee is valid in conjunction with supplied invoice. In case of malfunctions resulting from incorrect use, negligence or mechanical damage, warranty is void. Warranty claims are also null in case of visible signs of modification by an unauthorized third party, incorrect use or negligent behaviour.

According to the Consumer Protection Act the customer has the right to notify the supplier (via telephone, email or mail in which case date of drop-off is relevant for the notification deadline) of contract cancellation within 14 days of receipt if not satisfied with ordered products, without having to state reasons for doing so. Products must be returned no later than 30 days after the cancellation of the contract, unused and undamaged, except when damage was not caused by the customer.

The only expense incurred by the consumer when returning products is the direct shipping cost. The purchase price for the returned products will be wired to the customer's bank account, PayPal or be left available in store credit for successive orders. The funds will be returned no later than 15 days after receiving the returned products.


2 year guarantee for faulty goods. In accordance with EU regulations we are obligated to provide a 2 year guarantee on all good purchased in EU. This is different from manufacturers provided warranty and it means that if the customer receives a faulty product, the seller is obligated to repair, replace or issue a refund for that product. Please note that this guarantee is only valid for products that are faulty, damaged, have parts missing or don't work as advertised from the start of the transaction.

Balistique 7 is committed to safe-keep users personal information. It will be kept exclusively for the use of processing and sending orders, invoices, informative materials and other necessary communication.

It will never be given or sold to a third party. The company may contact the user via means of distance communication only for the purpose of customer service or newsletter, if the user does not expressly object to this.

If the customer declares, during any contact established by any means of communication, he does not wish to receive messages in this way, the company is obliged to no longer send any messages intended to establish a contract for the sale of any goods or services. We may collect statistics regarding the use of our webshop, such as traffic patterns and related site information, but this information will not include any personal identifying information.

- How and why do we collect data?

We collect only data that is needed to complete a purchase in our store and fulfil the shipment.

This includes your personal name and address. We also collect emails to be used for further communication and customer support. If the customer opts-in, the email will also be used for our occasional newsletter from which they can opt-out ant any given time.

Our website uses cookies for normal operation. 

As stated before, we do NOT share any of your data with an outside company, it is only viewed and used by our employee that processes and ships your order and/or handles you customer service request. - What about payment data?

We do NOT collect, store or have access to any of your payment data.

Our company partners with PayPal and stripe and uses their payment modules that encrypt and secure your data only for the purpose of the transaction. We have no way of seeing or manipulating with that information.

To cancel your order before dispatch, we recommend that you contact us at as soon as possible after placing your order.(within 24 hours). We will do our best to cancel your order before it is dispatched and make you a full refund without any additional fees.
